Building Automation
Home and building automation systems are one the most profitable investments from the economic and environmental point of view.
In accordance with European Standard EN 15232 "Energy performance in buildings. Impact of Home and Building automation systems", centralised management systems can generate important savings, depending on the building and quality of the control equipment used. The forecasts obtained with dynamic models show that the savings are approximately 18% in hospitals, 25% in hotels, 39% in offices and almost 50% in shopping centres.
One of the companies we represent, SIEMENS Building Technologies, has been the pioneer in the creation of the eu.bac (European Building Automation & Controls Association) and it has achieved the top certification in energy savings for several of its controllers and systems. We are official integrators of these systems.
